Export Testing, Backed by Accreditation Across Every Major Market
From IOPEPC-registered oilseed testing, to APEDA-recognised fruit, vegetable and organic panels, to a direct laboratory registration with Indonesia's Badan Karantina Indonesia — DALPL gives exporters one lab and one point of contact for compliant Certificates of Analysis, wherever the shipment is headed.
DALPL's Export Testing division supports agricultural and food exporters across four accredited scopes — oilseeds, fresh fruits & vegetables, organic produce, and a country-specific registration with Indonesia — covering markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia. Every result is issued under NABL accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025:2017).
1. Oilseeds & Sesame — IOPEPC Accredited (Europe & USA)
DALPL holds NABL–IOPEPC integrated accreditation for oilseed testing, supporting exporters shipping to Europe and the USA.
Single-active multi-residue screening across 300+ named active ingredients (insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, acaricides and growth regulators), each validated to its own limit of quantification between 0.01 and 10.00 mg/kg.
Salmonella (Present/Absent per 25g).
DALPL is accredited to draw samples for sesame seeds, not analysis alone.
2. Fruits & Vegetables — APEDA Accredited (All Markets)
APEDA-accredited testing for fresh and processed fruit & vegetable exports to the Middle East, Europe, Australia, the USA, and markets across Asia and Africa.
Fresh fruits & vegetables; grapes (own dedicated panel); processed fruits & vegetables — juices, purees, pastes, canned/retort products (e.g. lychee in light syrup, dates, pineapple tidbits, tomato paste, bamboo shoots, water chestnut).
A 270+ active multi-residue panel spanning organochlorines, organophosphates, carbamates, pyrethroids, neonicotinoids, triazole/conazole and strobilurin fungicides, herbicides and plant growth regulators, with limits of quantification down to 0.002 mg/kg on selected actives.
Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Mercury, Copper, Tin, Antimony, Chromium, Nickel.
Total Plate Count, Coliform, E. coli, Yeast & Mould, Salmonella, Shigella, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio cholerae, Clostridium perfringens, Staphylococcus aureus.
Grapes — A Named Specialisation
Grapes carry their own dedicated pesticide-residue panel within this scope, reflecting the EU market's sensitivity on this commodity.
3. Organic Products — APEDA Accredited
The same residue, heavy-metal and microbiological methods are applied to organic-certified produce as a separately accredited, parallel matrix — giving organic exporters residue-free verification alongside conventional testing.
Same panels as Fruits & Vegetables and Oilseeds above — pesticide residues, heavy metals, mycotoxins (where applicable) and microbiology — run and reported as a distinct organic matrix.
4. Peanuts / Groundnut — Multi-Market
Peanut and groundnut exporters get the deepest single-commodity coverage in DALPL's export portfolio: a direct laboratory registration with Indonesia, plus testing aligned to the requirements of Europe, Russia, Thailand and Malaysia.
Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 and Total Aflatoxins (0.25–1000 µg/kg).
Lead, Cadmium, Arsenic, Mercury, Copper, Tin, Antimony, Chromium, Nickel.
Moisture content verification against destination-market limits.
An 18-active groundnut/oilseed-specific panel, plus DALPL's broader 270+ active multi-residue panel where a buyer requires it.
Pesticide residues, Aflatoxin B1 and Total Aflatoxin each tested to the exact maximum limits set in Indonesian regulation.
Accredited sampling for peanut and peanut products.
5. Indonesia — Registered Laboratory (Badan Karantina Indonesia)
DALPL is one of 17 Indian laboratories directly registered by Indonesia's Badan Karantina Indonesia (BARANTIN) to issue Certificates of Analysis for fresh plant-origin food (PSAT) entering Indonesia — Registration No. 10/IND/2025.
Tested against commodity-specific maximum residue limits set by Indonesian regulation.
Lead and/or Cadmium, commodity-dependent.
Aflatoxin and/or Ochratoxin A, on select commodities (e.g. rice, maize, peanuts).
E. coli and Salmonella, on select commodities (e.g. grapes, celery).
